Cool small local place. Best burrito we ever had!!! Freshly prepared wheat tortillas. Place is tiny, be prepared to wait a bit, enjoy coffee while waiting for your order)

Very good place. I had a great chicken enchilada. I live in Alpine. I will be back. The hours are a little challenging to understand. They don't seem listed any place. But talking to the owner, they are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at least as of the time of this writing. Also on Sunday from 9:00 AM to noon with menudo. A simple and compact menu. Burgers, enchiladas, burritos, that sort of thing. Prices are consistent with the area and far West Texas. The only suggestion I would have would be to post the hours and days the restaurant is open someplace on the building and/or maybe a phone number that has a recording of such information. Otherwise, I can see myself wandering over that way from Alpine now and again.

Cute little place! I really liked the shredded beef tacos. Beware, the green sauce is SPICY! Friendly service, convenient location, etc... Not a bad place to eat in Marfa!

Loved this dinner! Fresh food, very authentic, served quickly and pleasantly by the owner no less. She gave us great recommendations too. We were looking for a genuine Mexican meal and this did not disappoint. We highly recommend eating here when in Marfa.

We went to Bee's hive for a Mexican diner and we enjoyed the homemade food that was recommended to us from the menu. The service was very warm and friendly. The cook also came to see us while eating to make sure everything was ok. The next day, while on a bike ride, I stopped to use the washroom and they greated me warmly again. Very nice people.

Stopped in for two plates of enchiladas. The food and service were great! Loved chatting with Bee and hearing about her life in Marfa and her decision to open such a delicious, family-style spot. Will return next time we are in town!

Amazing place to eat in Marfa! Love the environment and welcoming staff. The lunch menu has good options and is very affordable. The lady cooking for us was so kind and her mother was very waking and welcoming. Loved the gorditas. Would definitely visit again when in Marfa.

We stumbled into Bee's Hive around 8pm on NYE while on the hunt for a hot meal. We were pleasantly surprised cuz it was proving difficult to find a place that was open and serving plant-based options. Bee recommended the chile verde plate for me and was very accommodating for my vegan pals. Everything was muy delicioso and the salsa had a pleasant kick. We also enjoyed the playlist and the local art decorating the dining room. Prices here can't be beat, especially considering almost everything is homemade from scratch. Thank you so much Bee for your hospitality! We hope to return someday. <3
